Returns & Exchanges

At VOGRACE, we strive for perfection in every piece of fashion we deliver; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your VOGRACE account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return form or RMA number inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
